Why The Eight Amendment of the United States Constitution is So Important

There are a lot of Americans who want to know exactly why the Eight Amendment of the United States constitution is so important. The main reason for that is it actually benefits all those people who end up going to jail for things they did not really commit. It actually helps people who these black lives matter propaganda since some black people are getting arrested just by living their normal lives. There are people who side with the police and the amendment prevents them from putting a huge bail on the arrested person and beating up that person to a pulp. You can’t really blame the cops for doing so since they are just doing their jobs. The amendment also deals with imposing ridiculous fines for drivers who are caught speeding or drunk driving. These people did not really do anything wrong so imposing a huge fine on them would be practically wrong. It would be better to just a few dollars fine so that they would learn their lesson and not do those things again in the future. When that happens, they may get into danger with the authorities again and they may even get confined at the hospital for a pretty long time. As days pass by, you would want to know how long it would take since the costs would pile up too. Of course, you would not want to be in any part related to what transpires when an accident happens. The only way that happens is when you are at the wrong place and the wrong time.

There really is no need to let anyone pay a huge fine as that person worked hard to earn his money. If that happens, they may have no choice but to steal from the rich like robin hood. Yes, it would make no sense to do that so it is beginning to put out the wrong message to all those people who are nothing more but hypocrites in this world full of corrupt politicians. While blacks parade the streets in protest of black people getting shot for no reason, we are faced with the reality that there is no stopping those things from happening. While some cops break the amendment all the time, it is something that Americans will always complain about. There will always be incidents when videos would pop up of police brutality especially when they go into houses of black people without a warrant and disturbing how they want to live their lives. Of course, you will want to do what is right and just capture the video in order to have proof of what is happening. You would not want to let the crime happen without any evidence of it as that will just go unnoticed. On the other hand, the public will share it on social media a lot and it will gain a lot of attention if there is video proof of it which is a shame when you think about all the harsh stuff.
