The publisher at the then-new office, June 6, 2006. This historic building was known as the Old Post Office Espresso Publishing House & Art Gallery. It then became the John Trigg Ester Library Annex, and is now a storage shed for the owners of the Golden Eagle Saloon. It was originally built as the Ester Post Office, in which capacity it served from 1971 to 1986, when the new (and considerably larger) log cabin post office was built. It became a gift shop owned by Craig Buchanan, and then an espresso hut, with incarnations as Ester Espresso , Pioneer Espressco, and The First Cup, for several years after that, moving from the Ester Village Square to the Parks Highway, by Gold Hill Liquor, before returning to the village in 2006.
