Peter Pierson For a good part of his adult life, Peter Pierson lived and worked in northern Minnesota, where his essay/creative nonfiction work was heard on KAXE, Northern Community Radio. He has also been featured in the Northland Reader, The Climbing Art, Vertical Jones, Minnesota Monthly, The End of the Road Reader, Voices for the Land (Minnesota Historical Society Press), and, most recently, in Chatham University’s literary journal, Fourth River. His radio essay and printed work was recognized in 2002-2003 when he received a Minnesota Regional Arts Council/McKnight Fellowship. After a stint in North Dakota, Saskatchewan (where his radio essay was produced for and aired on CBC Radio One), and Nome, Alaska, Peter now lives in Fairbanks, Alaska, where he continues to write. | |||||
